Every year I make resolutions ... and inevitably, every year I break them. I am hoping that by physically writing down what I want to accomplish and posting it somewhere where I can see everyday that this will reinforce my habits.
1. I want to be healthier which means:
2. Exercise more
A) 3 times/week for 30 minutes and then increase both amounts every other week.
B) Take Roxy (our fur-child) on at least 1 walk a day for 15 minutes and then increase time.
3. Eat better which means:
A) Cut the carbs.
B) And the sweet tea ... damn you, why do you have to taste so good?!?!
C) And the cheese. Ugh.
4. By doing the above food changes I will be more able to take my required dosage of Metformin.
5. Speaking of Metformin (I hate you!), I have 3 other prescriptions I need to start taking on a regular basis.
A) As in everyday. Not just when I feel like it, etc.
6. I want to spend less time on facebook and start crafting more.
7. I want to read the Bible cover to cover.
This is good for now ... what resolutions did you all make?
